Lage, Aussicht, Apartmentgröße, Möblierung (bis auf die Küche).

Sauberkeit und Zustand der Küchenmöbel, mehrere Kakerlaken gefunden. Verpflichtende Resortgebühr von 30$ pro Tag, die hätte bei der Buchung gleich mit angezeigt werden müssen. Shuttle zum Beachclub ( in der Resortgebühr enthalten) hält nur am Strand, nicht am Beachclub, Fussmarsch unangenehm bei den Temperaturen . Nur 2 Aufzüge sind nicht ausreichend, es kam oft zu längeren Wartezeiten. Parkgebühren von 28$ + Tax pro Tag (Valetparking).

The view from our room was excellent. Honestly, the it was the only positive in staying at this location. Additionally, the management company was responsive when we contacted them.

First, the unit was filthy. We literally had to mop the floor day one as it was so dirty. The unit was ill-equipped (no kitchen towels, no coffee maker, no pans to cook in). There was bed spring sticking out of the mattress. The TV in the bedroom did not work. They sent a service man and he said there was no cable box attached to the TV. This was fixed day four of our stay. We woke up one morning to water pooled all over the floor. There are two elevators for the entire building (30 floors and 3 penthouse suites). We waited for the elevators every time. Sometimes we waited 20-25 minutes. The service/cleaning staff use the same two elevators so often the elevators were full of cleaning carts. They decided to drain the pool the first nice day of the week so it was unusable that day. We went to go have breakfast at the Bistro Bar, and it was permanently closed (even though on the website it states, “Open till 3:00pm”).

Great service by host, good location, very clean, comfortable with nice views.

Can be a bit noisy when neighbors from the other connected apartment watch TV
