Bonito piso a 300m de la playa Nerja

Marta and Paul could not have been nicer or more helpful. They insisted on taking us shopping for supplies, which we couldn’t have managed without them! The location of the apartment was great, near enough to Nerja but without the noise and als a short 5min walk to the lovely beach in Burriana. The apartment was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. A very enjoyable peaceful place to visit 🤗 already booked a return trip!!Dee

I honestly can’t think of anything negative! Maybe a bit awkward for a wheelchair or buggy but nothing else occurs to me.

Great location, close to the beach & nicely decorated. Well equipped apartment which was clean with excellent WiFi. The hosts were extremely helpful and flexible, recommending activities and great restaurants (Redondo was a fantastic evening).

The property had 1 full bathroom and a seperate toilet, rather than 2 full bathrooms as we had thought.

Location is great, 8 minute walk from beach. Really clean apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds. Really good AC. Marta was really friendly and helpful, her partner even helped us with our bags! They even had the fridge stocked with water, a bottle of wine and some Toblerone which we throught was a really nice gesture! Kitchen had everything you need to cook with but restaurants were also only a short walk. 10/10.

Nothing to complain about

The property was located a short walk away from the beach and a 15 minute walk to Nerja Balcon de Europa. There was lift access for anyone above the ground floor. The property had all the bells and whistles to make your stay feel like you were at home. Host was very attentive and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The property was close to the super market and had access to all the restaurants and bar around Burrania beach.

The Air conditioner had to go off every 2 hours which made a loud clicking sound and was noticeable if you were deep in sleep. Also the living room AC was ducted into a makeshift gallon which overflowed when full if you did not keep an eye on it. The mattresses were a bit thinner so was not as comfortable. If you had a lot of luggages you would need to do a bit of manoeuvring up some steps to get to the main apartment before accessing the lift. There were maintenance works going on around the property so it was noisy early in the mornings which meant if you had a late night you would be woken up to a lot of noise which was a headache. There was a bit of an ant infestation in the kitchen. Overall not amazing value for money.

A lovely modern apartment within easy walking distance of the beach and the many restaurants in the town. Our host was very friendly and gave us some great recommendations on nearby places to visit, and also some restaurants.

Everything was good. We had no problems.

Excellent location. Marta was delightful and very helpful with suggestions as to where to eat and visit. She has made the flat like a home rather than a rental property.

This is a very clean, comfortable apartment, close to the beach, shops, bars and all that Burriana and Nerja has to offer. We would definitely like to stay again. Marta is a fantastic host ready to help with anything you may need. We had a little difficulty finding the entrance to the apartment, but a quick call to Marta and she and Paul appeared within a minute. Look for the Valparaiso apartments. I think the best entrance is on Calle Ubeda.

Everything was good.

This is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with absolutely everything you will need from home to home. Two lovely bedrooms a spacious living area and the kitchen has every utensil you will need. It is extremely quiet and the balcony gets sunshine all day. There is a great pool and hardly anyone ever there so you can relax and enjoy the peace. The apartment is about a leisurely twenty five minute walk to the Balcon de Europa but a lovely walk in by the sea with stunning views. Coming back in the evening there is a well lit walkway to the left of the steps that you would have come up from the sea. There is a supermarket...restaurants and shops very near so you are well catered for. Marta and Paul are excellent hosts and will give you all the information you need about the area are on hand if you require anything extra.

There is very little to not like...a little bit of a steep hill coming back to the apartment but it's not going to ruin your holiday. This was our first trip and I will definitely be returning.. Enjoy.
