The property was genuinely a great value and the condo was fully equipped and felt cozy. The view was remarkable.

The parking situation was very strange. I felt that should’ve been disclosed up front. There is no handicapped parking. You must park and walk up a very long and steep set of stairs from the parking area up to the level that the condo is sitting at on the dune/hill, then you walk a little distance all uncovered/exposed to rain/sun, and then up the covered stairs that are the exterior stairs to access the unit. So the parking and access to the unit is very odd and inconvenient. We got used to it quick but it should’ve been disclosed up front in the listing. The sliding glass door did not lock at all. There was no lock on it. Yes it’s on the second floor but I still like all doors and windows locked. There is also a loft area that is closed/locked off which felt a little creepy not knowing what was going on up there. The unit could use a deeper cleaning as it has bugs (some beetles, small palmetto bugs, etc.) laying around and the washer has significant mold in it which just needs maintenance. We still enjoyed our stay however.
