No glasses for drinks , or paper towels. Couch was extremely dirty and uncomfortable

USThe location was great, it had a coffee pot, which wasn't there when we arrived, but they got us a brand new one, they answered all texts promptly.
No towels, or wash cloths, which I hadn't read that I needed to bring, even just one in the bathroom would've been good. Other than that it was good.

The lady upstairs was a complete a****** with two children banging waking me up every morning lying to the management like I didn't want to complain to management and I didn't want to bang on her door saw her leaving her place one morning and I said hey you above me after I said good morning and I said hey by the way are you above me and she said yeah and I said you know I'm paying $1,000 a week and it sucks it I get woken up every morning and she says all I know I stayed downstairs before it's loud when somebody's upstairs so you would think that she would tell her kids just to quiet down a little hell no so then I had to tell the management and then she turned around in wide and said that I'm up talking at 4:00 in the morning okay the hell am I talking to I was there by myself and then she had another older couple that you know old people like kids and she was there the whole winter I was only there like a week or two but she probably told the old people that I complained about her and if they could complain too but it's all good I better where I am now and the only other issue was the manager had to give me my security deposit back and he made me wait for hours he knew what time I had to check out and he told me there was an inspection and the people had to come in and I wasn't due to check out till the next day but I checked out a day early and I told him when you come for the inspection just bring me my deposit and he said oh no when you are completely out but he knew I was leaving and he took off out of the state it made me wait 3 hours to get my money back other than that he did try to help me but believe in that lady that lady upstairs b******* they shouldn't be putting a woman with two children on the top floor she should be on the bottom floor so she don't bother other people
USGreat location, I liked having separate bedrooms. I was surprised by the place not providing bath towels. The only real complaint was the shower curtain was extremely dirty. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and have another stay booked for september.

There were no towels or wash clothes yet a $25 fee applied for linen. It was not clearly stated there are no linens when I booked. It also said internet was amazing and could stream high def on 4 devices and it couldnโt stream on one.
