Full of mosquitos with quite a few dead ones splattered on the walls of the room.

The water in the shower was brown!!

quiet convenient location great bathroom well equipped kitchen big fridge cafe on site balcony plenty of space for a couple TV with satellite channels recycling facilities

inefficient and slow check in procedure reception staff rather surly no mosquito protection on windows or plug in gadgets ( common elsewhere) kitchen units very worn and dated insufficient electric sockets, kettle cable draped across sink! patio window glass units completely misty (old double glazing units need replacing) 3 EUR per person per night tourist tax inaccurate cash deposit information in messages before our stay (only 100 euro needed)

Lovely welcome by very helpful and happy staff. Studio very clean. Good position in Palau,short walk to the beaches and harbour. Always able to get a sun bed. Pool and gardens kept well.

As we stayed 11 nights would have been good to have had a clean and change of bedding mid holiday.

Onsite cafe/coffee shop/bar was great Swimming pool supervision and cleanliness was reassuring Location to Palau centre was easily walkable

Bug screens instead of shutters Bigger curtains which covered the glass on patio doors INTERNET Connection was POOR Other guests need to be more aware of the NOISE they make slamming doors/shutters/LOUD conversations

Has a pool, close to the sea, private parking place with shades (the car never got too hot) and there is lot of greenery.

The pool water was very cold and we only received 2 toilet papers for 5 nights of stay, we had to buy more from the supermarket

Friendly and responsive staff. Few minutes walk from city center.

Name of property was different as written in booking reservation, was confusing on the street to find it.

The location was excellent and the swimming pool and cafe welcome facilities. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The kitchenette could have been better equipped. There were no wine glasses, only tumblers, no vegetable peeler or grater, no large plate/platter or serving bowl and the dishes were too shallow. OK for pasta but not suitable for cereal. It seemed odd that toiletries were provided like a hotel but you had to pay a supplement for towels! The accommodation name is Green Village Palau but it doesn't mention that at all on Booking.com and we almost drove past it because of that.
