Apartment had everything we needed.

Train was noisy. Seemed there was something on a train tracks that caused train to make a loud noise every time it would hit it.

"Be cautious, take your own photos on arrival!"

The property was clean and secure and the stated facilities were present. Instructions for self check-in were clear and easy to follow.

Following check-out a rather abrupt message was sent asking what happened at the property as the cleaning lady had reported damage to areas of the balcony. This message came accompanied with a series of poor quality photos, none of which showed damage but white dots that were not consistent between the photos. Some of this so-called damage was suggested to be on the concrete ceiling of the balcony! I didn't spend time on the balcony during my stay. The whole thing seemed a bit dodgy to me and was poorly communicated.
