Es ist eine gute Wohnung in gute Lage, nahe zur Stadt aber doch ruhig, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen.

Eine Duschwand währe hilfreich, damit das Wasser in der Dusche bleibt und nicht das halbe Badezimmer in Mitleidenschaft gezogen wird.

La ubicación es perfecta, ya que está a unos 500 metros andando del centro historico de Sibiu. El entorno del apartamento es tranquilo y silencioso.

El entorno, entrada, otras edificaciones, estan un poco descuidadas.
