"Nice beach views and location"

1. Steps from the beach 2. Gorgeous views from the 5th floor 3. Easy to find and close to everything 4. Great size (2nd bedroom is a bit small to get around, I am 5’4” 130lbs and had trouble getting around the bed) 5. Staff is friendly and helpful

-The first impression of this room was… not clean- we were greeted by atleast 15 “palmetto” cockroaches, dirty sheets with hair and make up stains, food under the bed and on night stands. We called the 24/7 service as we arrived at 01:00. Big bummer since we came in so late and had to pay for that night and we had a very short stay. They called the next day at around 15:00 and immediately sent someone out to reclean and spray for bugs. We only ended up seeing a few after that and it was much more clean after they did that. Not sure what happened!

The location.

The fixtures and fittings were a little dated. The condos were a bit noisy at the weekend, when there was a considerable influx of short-stay “party” guests. I feel the promotion of this type of use conflicts with the families and couples vacations and would be concerned that it will be to the possible detriment of the location long-term.

Close to the water. Two full bathrooms. The balcony view is fantastic. Also close to everything like Stores, restaurants, things to do, and sights.

Parking. Elevators are very hot this time of the year.

"BEACH VACATION"

Great location. Beach was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds in both rooms were comfortable.

Fitness Center was never unlocked in the morning as posted. Broken equipment in there. One of our bedrooms had a nonfunctioning TV. Bathrooms could have been a little cleaner.
