Laguna La Crete 94

The view is exceptional and absolutely stunning especially watching the sun rise in the mornings. Loved that there was WiFi and apps like YouTube and Prime that can be used.

The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The bedding were badly stained and clearly has not been cleaned. The extra bedding had no covers on them and one had a dead cockroach on it. The entire apartment had a very unpleasant stuffy smell to it. The kitchen window was cracked and there was no blinds or curtain on the window which was awkward as people outside could look straight into the kitchen. There were bugs all the way on the path and staircase up to the unit. The lounge area is overcrowded with too many uncomfortable sofas and too many tables. The seating table outside was too high making it difficult to enjoy and the table was full of dust and dirt. The extra chairs for outside were left inside the lounge and also were unclean. The picture frame in lounge has dead cockroach inside. The entire unit is outdated and needs a rework in terms of decor,curtains and beddings. We also had to ensure the beds were made, the kitchen dishes were all washed and packed away and the rubbish bin was emptied before we left. We were only left 1 towel per person for an entire weekend and there was no housekeeping service provided. Would not book this unit again.

The location is Very safe neat and very comfortable. Pool area is excellent.

I think only issue is that there are no towels provided. Which did cause abit of a headache because we expected there to be towels and we didn't carry. Had to buy which added extra cost to our stay.

Everything is great at this we have been to laguna la crete over a dozen of times but loved this one ...going to book soon
