Arco Sallustio 2.0

The best view from the terrace ever! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The position of the accomodation was perfect - in the historic center and really close to the city beach. We would like to live there :-)

Location was excellent, room was cute and well equipped. Having the kitchen was helpful. Host was very responsive and answered questions about local area.

The room was airconditioned, but only downstairs area is cold. Loft to sleep is very hot. Maybe a fan upstairs could help with some airflow during summer.

Excellent location next to the beach, very convenient because there is not even a shower on the beach. A wonderful hostess who organized my meeting and helped with all questions.

A lot has been written about narrow stairs, but to get to the veranda overlooking the sea, for which I paid more than in other options, you have to climb very high up steep steps, so it’s impossible to have breakfast there. To get onto the bed you have to climb up the steps again, which is not very suitable for large people and older people. The air conditioner only cools downstairs, but the sleeping area is hot.

Guisy is a most accommodating and friendly host. The apartment is perfect for a short stay with a kitchen and separate very comfortable sleeping space accessed by wooden steps from the living area. The bathroom is also good with a large shower. As previous guests mention the roof terrace is wonderful with an amazing view over the sea. Being an old property in the historic centre the steps to the terrace are steep which is to be expected but definitely worth it! The location is superb being close to the sea and in the heart of the beautiful town of Monopoli.The WiFi works well and is stable. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend. Thank you Guisy for your kindness allowing an early check-in and somewhere to leave our luggage on day of check out.

There can be a bit of noise from the street at night .

I’ve stayed at Arco Sallustio 2.0 for a long weekend and I wish I booked it for longer. Located right in the heart of Monopoli’s old town this place is a true hidden gem. We had a wonderful time, the host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. And did I mention the fantastic terrace that is available for all the guests? It’s one of those places, I know I will come back to :)

Everything was excellent, so I have no comments.

Location Amazing host The terraces!!

The apartment is really charming and cozy. Above all we loved the rooftop terrace and the location close to the sea. The hosts were very friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can totally recommend it!

We can say only good things about the property. The organization check in and out was perfect. Location is the more than a perfect. And the view from the terrace is meravigliosa.
