I thought the cost to clean the property was a little expensive.

Let me start by saying, it was very clean and the proximity to the beach was great. I really wanted to like this place. Overall, the beach location is the best quality of this rental.

If you pick vacation rental over a hotel so you can have breakfast or lunch in, this is not the place for you. I have never before stayed in a vacation rental with so few cooking products, and we travel a fair amount. No coffee, cooking spray, seasonings, shampoo, no containers, bowls, foil/wrap, etc. Five dishwasher tabs provided, two bars of soap, and salt and pepper-that’s it. Pots and pans were plentiful but just one mixing bowl and no bowls for eating- just plates and glasses. Cereal can be eaten in mugs. Toilet paper was exactly paper-thin and it’s obvious they spend the least amount possible on small comfort amenities. Shower is spacious with great water pressure. Second person in gets a lukewarm shower though, keep this in mind if there are more than two people staying. You can’t shave your legs in the shower as there is no ledge so the water rinses the shaving cream away before you have a chance. You need to turn off the water to do each leg which in itself is not a big deal, but the water is colder each time you turn it back on. The pebble-rock countertops are hilarious at best for balancing plates or when trying to cut into anything. The touch faucet in the kitchen rarely works as intended and it can take several tries just to fill up a six ounce glass of water. The amount of water you put into the coffee maker is not equal to how much percolates out of the coffee maker causing it to be way too strong or way too weak. The toilet flushed one out of five times without removing the lid and doing some jiggling. We did notify management who said they put in a work order, nobody ever came to look at it. The bed was really saggy and we couldn’t move at all without disturbing each other. Think 80’s waterbed (we are not heavy people, either). In fact, not one piece of furniture, chair, couch or anything, was comfortable. They’re all metal, angular, wooden, or saggy. The bedroom is right in the entrance to the apartment so you can hear any hallway activity.

Water pressure in shower was good.

Oh my goodness 1) toilet didn’t work half the time. Maintenance came but it worked while he was there. 2) photos were misleading. Walk into the bedroom from hallway. Ugh. 3) appliances were ridiculous. No way to cook for a family. 4) no way family of 4 could stay in this condo comfortably 5) water splashed in small bathroom sink keeping it wet. 6) Rock countertops made it hard to sit cups, etc.
