Coastal Waters 209 - The Octopus Unit

Being on the beach with a pool was wonderful. Easy access down to the beach from the property via stairs. We also enjoyed the close proximity to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. The unit was decorated in a cute “beachy” theme and was perfect for us!

I honestly do not have any complaints. We had a great time.

No person in lobby, access to rooms are codes and old sometimes took several tries, old facilities but room was cutely decorated. Parking lot super small, balcony does t have much of ocean view but it does between buildings

The location was perfect. Easy access to the beach.

Parking on weekends was hard to find. Got better during the week.

Loved our room. It was perfect!! Our daughter stayed a few doors down not even close to how nice our room was.

We stayed at Coastal Waters a year ago and were under impressed and decided we would not be back. Then the reasonable price of 209 hit our search so we took another chance and we are so glad we did! Bonnie’s unit was more than we expected! 209 was very clean!!! The furniture is very clean and comfortable and the unit has every you need to have a very satisfying stay! My wife cleans houses for a living and she is very picky when it comes to clean, she was impressed! I like that a vacuum is available, due to the great beachside access, sand is everywhere. Bonnie is an amazing communicator her response to questions is lightning fast. We will be back to Coastal Waters 209.

It’s hard not to like anything. The exterior looks tired, but our unit the awesome pool and beachfront access make up for any of that.

Pool was clean and warm. Good location right on the beach. Nicely decorated. Ice cream shop right across the street.

The hot tub pictured is not a hot tub, it is the same temp as the pool. Wish we would have known this prior to booking. Beds were not very comfortable and had an annoying “squeak” each time I moved. Toilet was not working properly. Needed more blankets for the beds as we had cooler weather. More towels would have been nice as we had to reuse the same towel (only 1 provided per person for 4 days) each day, and they did not dry even hanging outside.
