It had 2 bedrooms

Only one toilet roll for our stay, no teaspoons, heating in bedrooms were switched off so freezing, kitchen floor dirty, couldn’t find the apartment so I called customer service left a voicemail but no one called back

"I did not enjoy the last two days as I have not been satisfied with the way I was treated"

I could not enter the property an had to climb over to let myself in an have hurt my ankle.

The rooms were spacious ,my door key was bent and my lock was 3000 years old
