Property location. Elevators were fast. Parking garage didn't like since I have a full size truck

Front desk clerk said since I had a private booking, not much that they could do for me.

We enjoyed this property. It was everything we needed for our stay. It’s not a large room … more like a studio room. But if you are eating out … this room is perfect for a couple.

Nothing really.

There was some confusion. I received an email a few days prior to arrival asking if we would be arriving between 12-1 and to let them know if it would be later. I said yes and arrived before 12 only to learn we couldn’t get in til 4, which was the.the check time. So why was the email sent?

The toilet malfunctioned and even developed a leak so I had to turn the water off to the toilet and couldn’t use it. It took several communications to get someone to work on it and in the meantime we had to use the lobby toilets. The Keurig didn’t work but once notified was provided a new one. The door to the deck was difficult to open and close but once notified it was repaired. There wasn’t a hair dryer but one I reached out one was delivered to our room.
