Nos ha encantado la ubicación muy céntrico al lado de las plazas con más vida de la ciudad. En el baño había champú y gel, y también elementos de aseo para desmaquillarse y un secador en el armario. La habitación venía equipada con un rollo de papel tetera, cafetera y nevera. La nevera enfriaba bastante rápido, aunque cuando llegamos estaba desenchufada. La cafetera no la usamos, pero se aprecia el detalle.

No había aire acondicionado. Había un ventilador, aunque por la noche refrescaba al abrir la ventana. La entrada al alojamiento era un poco vieja, y además habían escaleras que para subir con maletas grandes era un poco incómodo. Otra cosa que no nos gustó es que no nos avisaron de que la caja fuerte donde estaba guardada nuestra llave de la habitación no funcionaba y que nos habían dejado la habitación abierta con la llave dentro… tuvimos que descubrirlo por nuestra cuenta. No hay servicio de habitaciones, es decir, no te hacen la cama y te limpian cada día. Pero en general si usas la habitación solo para dormir y poner refrescos a enfriar en la nevera todo correcto para corta estancia.

La camera in generale, in particolare: materasso e cuscini molto molto scomodi, mini frigo molto rumoroso, c'era solo un tavolino per appoggiare le cose, al nostro arrivo la casetta che contenava la chiave della camera era rotta e non ci era stato comunicato, alcune salviette avevano delle macchie

The property is located close to the city center, which is convenient. Still, due to the heat in the room *and no air conditioning present*, I had to keep the windows open at night, and that came with a lot of noise from outside — so the location ended up being both a plus and a downside.

The experience was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was broken and had to be held in place, the shower was full of mold, made a lot of noise, and leaked water all over the floor due to faulty doors. The bathroom door handle even came off in my hand. Basic toiletries were missing. The fridge was tiny, extremely noisy, and gave off heat when running — which made it completely useless. I ended up throwing away the food I needed to keep cold. I also have medication that must be refrigerated, so this “fridge wannabe” was particularly inconvenient and frustrating. Furniture that appeared in the listing photos was missing. The access system was supposed to work via a code, but the keypad was broken and we weren’t informed. As a result, the apartment had been left unlocked with the key inside — a serious security issue. The walls were dirty, the bedsheets didn’t smell fresh and had visible stains, and from time to time a sewage smell would spread into the room. There was no way to cool the space down, and it was unbearably hot inside. I'll attach few screenshots from my room record. All in all, this was probably the worst accommodation I’ve stayed at in Europe in recent years. And for sure the worst from Sibiu.
