It was self catering

The key collection was not good and when we arrived it was dark the complex was large and if it had not been for security (who did not know we were arriving)we would have been looking all night for the apartment when we. Eventually found it there was an alarm going off in the property which security dealt with but the key holders new nothing about this and failed to fix it ,it was the smoke detector which did not get fixed while we were there. There was a series of gates to maneuver all operated by an electronic fob which failed during our time there so we spent a lot of time walking the complex trying to find out how to get in and out. There was only one pool open and a lot of maintenance going on one day we awoke to find a man on the balcony he accessed on a rope and tackle and we were not informed about this.
