Flat 12 Palm Court

The size of the flat and the interior design was nice. It was a quiet. Nice tv. The instructions and information left by the owner were very clear and we found the keys and the flat easily.

The floors were so dirty and slimy our feet got so dirty in just 2 minutes of walking barefoot. Such an uncomfortable feeling walking on slimy floors. We also had hair on the dressing table in the bedroom and under a pillow on the bed. I feel like they didn't change the bedding. The toilet was dirty as well, I had to wipe some poop splatter. The bed and duvet had some stains. The bed sheet for the sofa bed was too small. Definitely not worth £145 for one night! It should have been cleaned properly.

Very nice, spacious apartment with all your usual home comforts plus plenty of board games to entertain - nice inclusion!

The mattress on the bed was too soft, and you could feel the springs.

I did like the furniture and the big space...beds were comfy and sofa bed was comfortable the kitchen was very big

The kitchen wasn't cleaned the oven and the hob. The floor was very dirty , wherever we stepped our feet came super dirty ....i also found clipped nails on the sofa

Only downside was that it really smelt of cigarettes, like the people who stayed previously had been smoking in there, apart from that it was perfect for us.

The flat was clean and tidy. Easy to find. Plenty of space and instructions for equipment. Really helpful hosts.

There are a few stairs to navigate to the room, we did get slightly confused.
