"Relaxar em família"

Apartamento amplo, muito confortável e muito bem equipado. Cozinha - Muito bem equipada, com máquinas de lavar loiça e roupa, microondas, forno, máquina de café, torradeira, entre outras. Quarto - As duas camas são bem confortáveis. Quarto com uma boa insonorização. Monitor externo para ligar o PC. Casa de banho - Moderna, muito bem equipada, banho muito quente e reparador, com muita pressão. Sala de estar - O sofá cama poderia ser um pouco mais confortável e a janela deveria ter cortinaa para não deixar passar a claridade de manhã cedo. Localização - Muito boa. Perto de restaurantes, do Forte de Peniche, com estacionamento a 50 metros.

- Na cozinha, deveria haver mais talheres, para reduzir a utilização da máquina de lavar loiça. - Os preços em geral são muito elevados em Portugal, daí a minha avaliação negativa na relação qualidade / preço.

Ubicación perfecta para poder conocer la zona. Mobiliario nuevo y limpieza en líneas generales adecuada. La ducha es perfecta.

El olor de la tubería. El apartamento no olía bien. La tubería desprendía un olor desagradable. En segundo lugar, el sofá es incómodo, pero la cama también, ya que tiene unas almohadas muy malas.

"Neues Apartment mit einigen Schwächen"

-tolle Lage -super Ausstattung (Beistellbett/Decken etc) Töpfe, Pfannen, Auflaufformen, Tupperdosen -neuwertige Einrichtung -nicht im Erdgeschoss -gute Internetverbindung -super Waschmaschine

-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, ein tolles neues Apartment mit teilweise günstiger Einrichtung -ganz, ganz schreckliche und billige Matratze -kein Tresor trotz Angabe! -sehr laut -billiges Sofa -bei unserem 16!-tägigen Aufenthalt hat niemand Handtücher oder Bettzeug gewechselt -keine Reinigung obwohl im Vorfeld besprochen wurde, dass sich jemand nach einer Woche meldet. Nach 2 Wochen bot man uns dann den Wechsel der Handtücher an, da wir die Handtücher dann selbst gewaschen haben, lohnte sich das nicht mehr -das Aufhängen der Wäsche war schwierig, da man kaum an die Wäscheleine kommt. Es passiert leicht, dass Wäsche herunterfällt, auf die man dann keinen Zugriff mehr hat -der Hausflur ist auch nicht gesäubert worden trotz neuen Gästen in der Wohnung nebenan -die Herdplatte ist nicht besonders hochwertig, Speisen zuzubereiten dauert lange -toilettenpapier/Seife/Spülmittel reichen nicht aus, besser selber mitbringen
