"Overall the stay was great location was great."

Location was great a few steps to the beach

the person who answers the phone, was not the nicest of people, seems like we was bothering him to do his job. A/C went out on our last night there but a guy came by to work on it.

In Pelican Watch 322.....nothing!!! In Pelican Watch 218 it was decorated nicely but still visibly dirty

Bed bugs (have photos, don't care what that rude property manager claims. I know!!), dirty, terrible parking, rude property manager, etc. (Pelican Watch 322) Had to switch Condos due to bed bug situation. Forgot to put passes in cars due to dealing with that and after driving 10 hours. Woke up 2 hours later to both my cars gone from the parking lot. Property manager had them towed! Property managers response was "Not my problem" when we explained that they towed their "guest" cars. Cost me almost 600 dollars to get them that I now have to sue to get back along with the cost of the condo due to the bed bugs and being filthy. This place completely ruined my families vacation.
