Posizione ottima, comodissimo anche il parcheggio davanti casa e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza di aver trovato le cialde del caffè,in casa non mancava davvero nulla!!

Forse è stato un po' difficile gestire il caldo in camera con il ventilatore rispetto al condizionatore nel resto dell' appartamento.

Posizione super strategica per arrivare a tutto quello che si può vedere a Siracusa, 5 minuti in macchina da Ortigia e dall’anfiteatro greco. Parcheggio sempre libero sotto casa e mare a due passi. Se dovessimo ritornare a Siracusa riprenderemo sicuramente questa casa!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento durante le vacanze estive e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. L'appartamento è ben tenuto, pulito e curato nei dettagli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Si trova in una zona tranquilla e comoda da raggiungere, perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di relax senza rinunciare alla possibilità di muoversi facilmente. Una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la posizione: non troppo distante dal centro, che si raggiunge piacevolmente con una passeggiata serale. Un ottimo equilibrio tra comodità e tranquillità. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un punto d’appoggio accogliente e funzionale per esplorare la zona!

Everything is great, you can arrange everything with the host via mobile phone. It's not that far from the old part of the city, an easy walk. Parking is always available on the street at any time you come. The washing machine is a real hit.

Short walk from the city centre but yet away from the chaos and tourists. The neighborhood is calm and though we only stayed for two nights, it seems safe and we parked our car on the streets with no problem. The apartment had everything we needed, the small terrace at the back to dry clothes was a plus.

Lack of a kitchen hood + the air-conditioning is only in the living room. So the living room would smell like food after we cooked. But it wasn't a huge problem, still enjoyed our stay.
