A very good night of sleep in a very well located accommodation! Great quality for its price!

The bathroom could use some small details to be a bit more comfortable, but that doesn't make it a bad stay in any way!

The apartment is ideally located to explore the fantastic historic centre of Sibiu. The value for money rating is definitely a 10! Everything was as I expected in the room and I also have to pay compliments to the hosts for their help with parking - luckily they are on site, which is a bonus as this is often not the case. There is limited free parking on the street but if that is all taken (as it was when I arrived) you need to park a little further and pay using an app. However, being a UK resident I was not able to download it. The hosts were very kind in sorting out this problem.

Me alojé en este hotel dos noches y, lamentablemente, fue una experiencia muy negativa. La primera mañana noté algunas picaduras en la cabeza y la mano, pero pensé que podía tratarse de un mosquito. Sin embargo, al despertarme el segundo día tenía muchas más picaduras en la espalda, piernas, pies, manos y cara, con picor intenso. Cuando lo comuniqué al hotel, su única respuesta fue mostrarme vídeos diciendo que “no se veían chinches”, pero las chinches son insectos nocturnos que se esconden durante el día, por lo que no siempre son visibles. Su actitud fue poco empática y no me ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación, a pesar de las molestias y de que, al regresar a mi país, el médico confirmó que las picaduras eran de chinches. Tuve que comprar cremas y medicación para aliviar el picor. Es una experiencia que me ha causado gran incomodidad. No recomendaría este hotel hasta que solucionen este problema de higiene y aprendan a gestionar las reclamaciones con más seriedad y respeto hacia los huéspedes.
