The location and view was spectacular! Very Comfortable and clean

Aircon to work with heating as the unit is very cold and the heater provided doesn't warm. The lounge lamp and wifi was not working. There were less mugs and cups. Glass was plastic which wasn't nice. Two dinning chairs (back rest) were broken and we couldn't sit for breakfast & supper Cleaning services came at 1.45 when we just returned from brunch and wanted to rest and that was an inconvenience for my family.

The property was at a suitable location for our needs.

There was no basic condiments for a self catering unit such as salt , pepper, tea and or coffee. There were spider webs in some of the appliances. In addition a few of the chairs were loose which I would have appreciated an acknowledgement on. The check in and check out desk at the Zimbali suit was not manned which made it difficult to leave as there was no one to hand the keys over to.

Situated in a 5 star resort I would of expected a better.

I was disappointed by the staff. We received four toilet rolls, two per bathroom for the entire stay. It was never replenished. Dirty towels were put back in the bathrooms and we were never given clean ones. I requested clean towels but I was ignored by the staff. Nothing compared to the hotel. I won't be doing Zimbali Suites again.

No wifi even though it was advertised. No backup power during loadshedding. Extended power outages.

We were not impacted by load shedding. Clean facility. Great view. Access to pools and beach.

The aircon remotes did not work. All three TVs are linked and when you change one, they all change.

We always enjoy Zimbali as a resort in its entirety

We had no WiFi for the duration of our stay apparently the entire building didn’t have WiFi even a few days prior to our arrival and this was not communicated with us
