Location was great, perfect for getting to beach or into town Great little supermarket nearby.

The pool was lovely and big enough but don’t like that you can’t sit by pool. Also the ‘pool rules’ enforced by a very rude man - no balls etc. it’s so unnecessary there is literally a cage around the pool it’s not as if anything is going to get damaged. The beds are awful. Old mattresses and very uncomfortable. Awful awful neighbours next door- one night we were subject to very intimidating behaviour - some one banged and screamed / shouted on their door for 30 minutes.

The house is in a great location - 3 mins from the beach (Playa Carabello) and only a 5/10 min walk (pace dependant) from the Balcon or Burriana side making either very accessible. The kitchen is also to a good spec- new appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave). We were able to access the house when we arrived (2pm) when we were previously told it would be later (4pm). The air-con was great in the bedrooms. Mostly quiet in the evenings when Padel court opposite closed and road traffic eased. TV had all channels (IE & UK) and there was WiFi.

The terrace is on the road side, so not very private and also noisy from the road and the Padel court directly opposite which opens early. The pool area does not provide a place to sit or sunbathe and so we didn’t benefit from it. The beds were not very comfortable (all single and metal camp beds style). No extra linen was provided and we had to request an extra pillow. The 10am check out is early with no flexibility to stay later. Front door is very shabby (paint flaking) and wonky/not sealed with air gaps and there is clearly a known ant problem as there were lots of traps already laid - there were ants in the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. There was no ventilation in the bathrooms.

Pool was off limits for the duration of our stay due to upgrade works in the complex which we were not aware of.

Pool was closed and lots of work going on in and around the complex, lots of noise early on a morning

Ideally located to the town centre

Property was tired could do with a lick of paint . Bedding old and stained . No toilet roll . Building work in progress
