The apartment is beautiful and nicely decorated with top notch furniture

Electricity kept on tripping up in the entire building throughout our entire stay, when it trips, water goes too 😓

The unit was exceptionally comfortable, and luxurious, my family and I were really happy with the place. The valley of pools was also a big hit for my kids. We really loved it at Zimbali

The facilities met all our expectations and the staff we interacted with was very helpful and pleasant. If anyone is looking for an island experience zimbali is the place to be at.

It was clean, the location and access to facilities.

Apartment with beautiful furniture. All staff working at the Estate very friendly. Perfect location and tight security.

Towels needs some proper washing/beaching or changed as they are now off-white and do not complement the aesthetics of the apartment.

No communication sent about how tight security is and that ID documents is a must. No communication on what to do at the gate. Sent us running in every direction because even the guards where confused.
