Accessible location. Just need to be exactly at this address because of an early appointment the following day. Also to spend time with my nephew who's been eager to swim in the pool.

I don't normally rate lower than 9, but just to set the right expectations for the next guest. Have a backup data connection, the internet is not as fast as advertised. The AC needs maintenance, not too cold and there's water dropping. Good thing there's a fan. No extra sheet for the extended bed below. I also requested before booking to secure a parking spot, willing to pay, I guess it's booking site's fault I don't know, but I messaged the host 8AM+ in the morning to make sure, but got a respond 3PM+ when we were there already. I had to park outside (across) the building. Also, just a heads up, Avida Riala's pool is not available every Monday for scheduled maintenance.
