"Leisure family stay while visiting daughter"

The flat was excellent, nice cozy with amenities like nice functional kitchen, large refrigerator, living area, dining space, TVs in living and bedroom. The location is okay.

Only the stair to the rooms need to be careful about and watchful of your head in the bedroom.

"Great if you're going to stadium"

Huge room with 2 double beds, sofa, t.v. and dining table. Very close to stadium. Towels, toiletries, tea/coffee provided. Some parking though it wasn't made clear that this was available. Bedding smelt lovely and clean. Bathroom and kitchen very clean. Kitchen well stocked with crockery etc for a longer stay.

Expensive for one night. Too many pre-visit phone calls/messages, I'd booked and paid so didn't expect to also do online verification and be asked further details about who's staying. The day before we arrived, the booking was moved to a different address, which luckily benefited us as it was nearer the stadium. On our arrival there were several scruffy looking people sat watching us whilst smoking at fire exits. Made us wonder if it was a safe place.

"Bright & cozy, good for long-term stay for 2 people only and the highlight is the Kilvey hill view."

It was a cute apartment on a pretty busy street with a lovely view of the Kilvey Hills. I loved the cooking pots, gas stove, the big fridge and the skylight on the top floor. Heating in bathroom and shower pressure was fantastic. It was good to see that a sponge, dishwashing liquid, kitchen cloths, vaccum, ironing board, iron, dustpan and clothes grill were provided but there was no mop to clean or cupboard to hang clothes. Bus-stop was literally a min walk away and right opposite was a small convenience store Cocktails Off Licence and a halal kabab place Chicken On The Road; Kumar Stores is 5-6 mins walk and 25 mins walk to 180-High street.

It didn't have a washing machine though Bookings.com was showing it. There were many cobwebs on the skylight and in the apartment in general which I removed with the vaccum. Outside metal staircase to the apartment door was quite slippery and it was really dark in the night. The outside area was pretty much neglected. Bathroom washbasin was tiny and had a leakage which was fixed immediately after I complained. I requested Host multiple times to provide me with an extra linen and comforter before my arrival for my son to sleep on the sofa-bed, but it was given to me the next day. Downstairs heater was not efficient and it would get really cold even after cranking up the heating. No washing machine and no mirror in the bathroom! All vents needed major cleaning including the cooker hood.

Lack of basic things like a kitchen bin, baking trays, pans, bathroom mirror. The big front window had a big draft into the main space. No instructions on how to use the heating.

Needs a mirror in the toilet but other than that loved every moment there
