"I will never stay here again"

The views were nice, the property had a nice pool

The linen, curtains , and hand towels were dirty. We stayed on the 23rd floor and it was plastic taped down in the hallway. I guess it was for painting purposes. The kitchen sink kept clogging up, the border panel lining under the sink was not installed properly, and kept falling down. It was my daughter 9th birthday celebration , after paying $653 way in advance, the day of check in I was told that a additional damage security deposit of $250 , $40 resort fee per day, $35 per day for parking. Then they charged $150 for the cleaning fee but I was responsible for taking out any trash. I understand the fees but this should be mentioned before booking. For a weekend stay and the amount paid it wasn’t worth it.
