Loved the location

The place needed updating. The dining room table was falling apart. The door handle kept falling off. The outdoor furniture was rusted and both my husband and son cut their selves on the rusted chairs.

Proximity to beach; use of the wonderful adult pool Generally comfortable, interior clean.

All trash was left in downstairs bins— filled with gnats, flies. Wasn’t removed by last cleaning crew House had many gnats. Tried to spray, didn’t help. Dining chairs too big and heavy and not high seating. Would prefer screened in deck.
