Quiet, clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the pool.

We left early on our departure date and the ramp going down to the parking lot was completely dark. It wasn't until we got to the end of the ramp did we trip a motion light. No place to hang hanging clothes in the condo.

Location

The only thing we did not like was the hinge on the stove cabinet. As soon as we opened the cabinet, it came off. I did not even pull hard so it should not have broken it unless it was already messed up.

"Nice place, just don’t expect a whole lot from the facility itself."

Walking distance to Tybee Light House and many other amenities. Restaurants close by with many in walking distance. Small welcoming cottage feel in living room. Cute welcome bag with loads of extra dish washer tabs (never used) and a packet of 1 load laundry detergent.

Looked like the building had the ocean beach access when it had the brackish water access. If you want the beach, walk a long ways, at least a mile, or drive. Hot water never lasted for a shower. Outside shower, located on board walk, would not turn on, as if line was broken. Should not have to take trash out to trash dumpster, especially when you’re not on the ground floor. Not enough towels/washcloths for 2 for a weeks stay. (Yes I read to bring your own beach towels and we both did.) Security Gate never closed, so it was pointless to have to pick up and drop off the key at the office, although easy to do. Also there was a statement with that key stating over $100 to get a new one if lost or stolen. Soap provided but no shampoo or conditioner. Dishwasher looked broken as some metal was hanging out at the bottom, so we did not use, but had to wash dishes as part of our departure paperwork stated so. Neither of us contacted office over these things, as half could not be corrected/fixed and we didn’t want to take time (waste time) to do so.

There were a few good breakfast spots. We did bring a few items with us to have for meals.

We found the mattress uncomfortable. Inadequate space to have a clothes.
