The location was excellent.

Albert from Host agents went above and beyond. He was friendly, professional and on time. He came out of his way on a Sunday night to fix the a balcony door that broke. He was in constant contact with us. Albert was the saving grace of the stay at the property

The stay was let down significantly by housekeeping. On our arrival we found empty bottles of handsoap in the bathroom. Empty containers of washing powder when we wanted to do a load of laundry. That should have been thrown out and replace, not placed back on the shelf. Carpet not vacuumed at all (as evident by the massive amount shedding). Dirty nespresso machine with bugs in the water canister. Kitchen cupboard doors needed a good clean as dirt marks of previous stays was on it. Housekeeping left three black bags for four day stay. If you want guest to keep a place clean, don't be stingy on black bags. Keep a roll in the kitchen. Also bedrooms was painted the morning we arrived. I would never book a place that had major maintenance the day of. The paint fumes stayed for days, blocked the sinuses of those who slept in the room and cause major headaches for the stay. Maintenance like that needs to be scheduled in advance. Doing it the day off was poor planning. Door hinge broke, but Albert pulled through and save the day on that.

Very nice apartment with all the necessities, it’s also very clean. The host was very nice and helpful.

The two single beds in the main bedroom are so uncomfortable, they keep drifting apart, please make it a double bed. We arrived to half a roll of toilet paper and when we asked for more, were told that as a self-catering venue, they can’t provide more than the 4 we found, we didn’t find 4, there was only half a roll in one bathroom. They gave us more eventually. Since it’s summer, please invest in a mosquito repellent, the one you plug in the wall. Lots of mosquitoes even during the day.

Good location, security, balcony even though the door kept breaking and we kept fixing it.

The host treated us bad, he literally shouted at us for asking for a late checkout which he did not grant. He threw our meat away, a lot of it. He made us wait for 40+ minutes on our arrival.

The location was perfect for us, and the apartment was comfortable and had all one would possibly need. Albert was amazing, he gave us fantastic service. I forgot a bag behind, and he helped me get it back.

The cleaning can be improved, some incense or a candle can do wonders. The flooring is going to be fixed in one of the rooms as it has lifted.
