ITÈ un monolocale all’interno di un edificio enorme, con 10 piani e tanti appartamenti. Non è proprio il residence estivo che ti viene in mente. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ha tutto. Il letto è alla francese quindi non è un matrimoniale.
Il condizionatore aveva un timer per cui era possibile usarlo 2 ore in autonomia, poi richiedeva di doverlo azionare nuovamente. Prima del soggiorno ho ricevuto una mail per il check in dove si voleva sottolineare in maniera molto pesante di utilizzare l’appartamento in maniera consona, di fare attenzione ad utilizzare asciugamani e non macchiarli ect.. al mio arrivo in struttura ho trovato macchie sia sull’asciugamano che sul lenzuolo. L’impatto con l’edificio è stato un po’ traumatico.
ESLa cercanía a la playa y al centro del Arroyo. Tenia todo lo que un apartamento necesita tener.
La falta de aparcamiento, pero también entendemos que estamos en plena temporada y es normal no encontrar aparcamiento.

SENothing. The worst apartament in Benelmadena due to the bed bugs, dirt and dust. An offhand and irresponsible host, who doesn't care about the guestes.
I have been in Benalmadena several times priviously and this was the absoultely the most dirty apartament that I've seen. I checked in on Friday night (the 4th of July) and already then I discovered that the apartament was not clean - a lot of dust and dirt. On Saturday morning ( 5th of July), I found a bed bug on the bedspread and sent the pictures of it together with the photos of dirt and dust on the floor under the sofa. The host replied that they can come to the aparatament and clean it up. They appeard in the apratament the same afternoon, that was on the 5th of July - they changed the bed sheet and considered that there have not found any bed bugs. Therefore, they thought that they made "their job" and everything is fine. Unfortunately, the same evening after their "additional cleaning", I found one more bed bug, crawling on the wall and the morning after (on Sunday - 6th of July) additionally one more - this time on the floor. Then, it was obviously for me, that the place is infested with bed bugs, so I coudn't stay there in 2 weeks... I communicated it immeditely to the host and said that my expectaion is that they'll return the money back for the rest of my planned stay (that is until the 21st of July (which was 15 nights). The host's answear was the refund is not possible according to booking.com rules. However, in this case, it was due to the host's irresponsibilty and negligance that I couldn't stay. The result was that I needed to find another place to live in during my stay in Benalmadena, which caused additional costs for me. The communication with the host was hopeless since this person refused to admit or belive (?) that they have an issue with the bed bugs that they need to take care of . According to them, I'm the one who lies about bed bugs to get the money back. Well, this would be fair against me since I feel cheated by a dishonest and careless host...
HUClean, tidy place in the perfect location. The bed was a little bit small for two persons and also short for a 184cm tall guy. But other than that every thing was great!
