They double-book rooms here. And even though they double-book, they don't have the common courtesy to inform you when your room has been given to someone else. I saw a review here about a customer not getting their room and being ghosted by the owner. I thought maybe the customer made a mistake, but I was wrong because the same thing happened to me. I booked the room the day before, called the owner to confirm my booking, and got the address. I called again on the day of the booking, but they didn't pick up. I didn't think much of it because I was busy myself. When I arrived, it was raining heavily, and I never met anyone in person—all our interactions were over the phone. The owner told me they had double-booked the rooms and gave my room to someone else because they assumed I wouldn’t show up, even though I had called the day before to confirm. If you double-book, at least inform your client so they can make other arrangements. If you book here, just know you can't be confident in your reservation. They probably have five bookings on one room, so it's like a lottery. Even if you book, you're not guaranteed a room. And you won't find out until you get there that you have nowhere to stay. When I was frustrated they offered me a studio that in their own words "is not as standard as this one" I declined the offer, because I wanted a one bedroom not a studio.

Poor service.

I am not impressed by the unjust treatment. I have to now look elsewhere and finally settled for Top rank hotel nearby.

Booked for a room, 2 weeks ago. On getting to Abuja and and calling your contact line, only to be told no available room. So annoying 😑
