The facilities of the buildings are good like swimming pool, playground and gym room. The decorations of unit are cozy and with washing machine that convenient for us. The view are nice and parking are convenient.

All the bedsheets are smelly and seems didn't change at all. The toilet walls with stains and the basin side are with black spores like bacteria. The water filter was dirty and with algae in green color. Cannot use the water filter water. Shower water was so small and takes long bath time for everyone. the pillows are too soft and not get very good rest for overnight.

The apartment is new and clean, near to tourist hot spot.

Got provide 2 car park, but car park at high floor.
