there is dust when switch on the fan. the pillow is very thin sheets have dirty stains

Clean and quiet. has fast internet. 1 TV.

minor living accessibility and comfort issues. example, soap and shampoo provided, but not easy access from shower room, as they are big bottles that has no place to settle them while using shower. Bedroom has harsh bright white lights, no softer yellow bed side lamp. No groceries shop within 100m from Apt. most of the appliances and kitchenwares was a surprised discovery. a list of items location would be nice. I found a 2.1 speaker set in the kitchen cabinet.

good location, easy to travel around

no car park for visitor/friend. they have difficulty to find car park nearby. hopefully mgmt would consider allow visitor to park for certain hours.
