It's been a pleasure staying in the caravan. Very clean and tidy. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Thank you to the host for the milk and biscuits offered at our arrival.

Nice food Standard caravan , decent shower ! Thoughtful owner who left milk in fridge etc. .. bench outside ..located near shops and very close to carpark

"Great base for visit to Walton on the Naze or Frinton on Sea"

Clean, tidy, all facilities we needed for our stay. Short (0.3 miles) walk to the beach. The van is located very near the Nisa Local shop on site (open 8am-8pm) which was handy.

Twin rooms are a bit cramped with narrow beds, but I guess this is expected in a caravan! Elderly father in law coped well. Shared parking was very busy at end of July, but we did find spaces very close to the van.
