Noise at night my room was situated on the side of shebeen.
DEI liked nothing about this property, this property should be removed from booking and not qualified to host people ( especially travelers from far away hoping to rest and have good vacation)
The place is super noisy , you simply can not sleep and if you do you wake up at around 6 am by the calls from the mosque . Added to the mosque noise , every car that passes every truck every motorbike can be heard from inside the room . No isolation or soundproofing for this establishment. The room is cold , the air conditioning makes a loud noise that is irritating . If AC turned off the room gets quickly cold . The management of the property was informed, they didn't exchange the room nor did find any solution, they stopped replying to my request for help. I find this unprofessional and irresponsible. The couch had stains on it , the balcony had dripping water from the levels above. The stay for me in this property was very stressful, irritating, annoying and tiring while I am supposed to be on vacation! Additional information: no housekeeping, no luggage storage, internet not so stable.
