Riad - La Perle d'Orane - Marrakech- Medina-Rooftop

Ghizlan und Nadia waren einfach das beste am Aufenthalt. Sie waren wirklich super nett, haben sich so liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Sie waren wirklich überaus aufmerksam und haben uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Ohne Sie hätten wir wahrscheinlich die Unterkunft verlassen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hat immer sehr gut geduftet. Das Frühstück war Weltklasse....Top Top Top!!!

Die Lage hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, Das Riad befindet sich in einer sehr schmutzigen und runtergekommenen Gegend. Motorräder ohne ende, die einem jedes Mal aus einer Ecke entgegenkommen. Das Riad ist für einen gemütlichen Abend nicht wirklich geeignet. Viel zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten, bzw keine Sitzgelegenheit für mehrere Stunden. Wir hatten unsere Eltern dabei. Für Sie war es schwierig auf die Dachterrasse zukommen, weil die Wendetreppe zum Dach so eng ist. Es wäre gut, wenn man auch Bilder von Draußen machen würde. So wäre man auf die Gegend vorbereitet. Für uns war es im ersten Moment wirklich ein Schock. Dieses Riad ist für diesen Preis in dieser Gegend leider viel zu teuer.

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans ce riad. L’accueil a été d’une grande gentillesse, avec toujours le sourire et beaucoup d’attention. Le lieu est superbe, décoré avec soin et empreint d’authenticité, parfait pour découvrir et profiter de l’ambiance marocaine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité, le confort et les petites attentions qui rendent le séjour unique. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

I loved staying here! This was booked for my birthday and my friends and I were well looked after by Ghizlane and Nadia. Ghizlane was available by phone to answer any questions and for additional requests. The food that was prepared by Nadia was delicious and set us up well to take on the day. We loved the rooftop terrace and utilised the space to play games and have drinks. The Riad itself was spacious, clean and airy. It’s not accessible by car but vehicle access is literally 30 seconds walk so still super convenient. We used the Collège Mohamed 5 as our reference point for taxis and excursions. An entrance to the souks is also very close and easy to access. Overall a fantastic stay, me and the girls really loved it and would recommend it. While the Riad is absolutely stunning, Ghizlane and Nadia really make the stay special. If I go to Marrakech again with a group, I will only be staying here.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this stay

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we enjoyed a stunning view from our balcony. The facilities were top-notch from the relaxing spa to the well-equipped bathrooms and the exquisite dining options. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh and delicious options prepared by Nadia. What truly made our stay outstanding was the level of service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of, offering helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile, Ghizlane is amazing! Overall, this was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Very spacious and near everything. But the best are the people in the Riad. Ismail and Nadia were always there for all our needs

Private, neat, clean. The service from Ismail and Nadia was awesome. Location close to the activities. Ismail was very attentive and made himself available at all times to ensure we were comfortable. Hammam was really good. The dinner was a treat and enjoyable.

Location was perfect. Away from all the hustle and bustle. The Riad is kept very clean. Breakfast was standard but we had the staff member cooking us something different ( you have to pay though). Overall it was a lovely stay , would definitely stay there again. Oh and hats off to Jean Paul who constantly keeps in touch with you and answers your messages almost immediately.

Found the hot tub too small, especially if you have 6 guests trying to use it at the same time. Besides that didn't find anything else that we didn't like.
