They really think of everything. Enough towels & sheets, fully equipped kitchen, coffee & tea. Soap bars, shampoo, conditioner. Great communication before our trip (if you pay the deposit online, there's no need to go to the office first and you get to self check in, very efficient). No request is too much for them. If you don't like noise and lot's of party life, simply don't stay in South Beach, if you do, I highly recommend this perfect apartment

The toilet in bathroom didn’t work, I had to keep filling it up with water. Even though I put six guest on the booking she threatened to kick us out and keep the money because she wanted four people in the property even though I clearly put six people on the reservation. She had me send a deposit and I still have not received it back, when I sent her the request she denied it. She also made us pay for a maid that she mistakenly called even though it was her fault the maid came in the first place and she tried to make it seem like it was my fault even though she miscommunicated with the maid.
