Location was amazing. It’s obvious that you’re paying for location. The apartment was spacious. The building is well managed.

The apartment is very “tired”. It was surface cleaned but needs a deep clean. The kitchen cupboards had a musty smell. All the cupboards were peeling. The curtains need replacing. The lock on the sliding door needs to be fixed. The blind in the ensuite was disgustingly dirty and needs replacing. You couldn’t plug the kitchen sink to do dishes. You couldn’t open the dishwasher door all the way so it was hard to put dishes in the bottom rack. The couch and futon were uncomfortable and dirty. We had to put blankets on them to use them. There were no cleaning supplies left in the apartment. There were 2 dishwasher pods for a 12 night stay. For the amount of money we paid I expected something nicer.

Location, location, location! My father-in-law lives just three minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The ground floor unit made accessing the pool and beach a breeze. Plus, the side door balcony offers stunning views of both the pool and the ocean.
