Kitchen a bit too small for 12

The view is unbeatable! Smooth check-in and check-out. The pool area is pleasant.

The house did NOT meet our expectations: cheap bedding, old furniture, towels have stains, cutlery, glasses and dishes are motley together, shower curtain is half torn, pool water was cloudy, air conditioning did not work, alarm system beeped every 5 minutes for no reason, etc.. For security reasons, all windows cannot be opened at night, otherwise you can break in / get in directly. There is an old car parked behind the house. There is only the large wooden deck by the pool to sit outside, the green area around the house is not usable. Upstairs there are 2 very small bedrooms, in one of which the air conditioning is soon to be replaced. The kitchen is very small for the size of the house. The sitting area with TV has a leather couch with headrests covered with plastic protection. The other bedrooms are in the lower part of the house, which can be reached via a narrow staircase. A small bedroom has 2 single beds with a separate small bathroom. The window of the bedroom can be closed from the outside with a roller shutter, as can the window of the second larger bedroom. Second bedroom has a shabby old bathroom with a torn shower curtain. There is another bedroom with a window and door with a lattice door to the garden, but it is not recommended to open it at night. The lower part is very sporadic and simply furnished, anything but nice. I have posted photos so that you can judge for yourself. The alarm system was really annoying, it just started beeping every 5 minutes at midday for no reason. We reported it, pressed a key combination and the next day the technician had to come because the problem recurred. I hope this has been fixed by now, we left as planned. The stay was very disappointing, the pictures had suggested a different standard beforehand.

The pool was definitely the highlight.

The aircona did not work and the kitchen was a little small.

The host was very welcoming and thorough with instructions and very friendly. They were easy to contact during our stay as well. The view was beautiful - we even got to see a double rainbow over the bay on our first morning!! Dreamy. Per the notes left in the guest book, a lot of people assumed the pool was heated and were disappointed haha - so know that it is not heated, but I went for a cold dip and it was lovely!!!

Know that the driveway is very steep, and slick when it rains. Our driver did not think our large van would be able to go up and down it, so we parked at the top and walked up and down. Was not an issue for us, but may be for some.
