Full ADA Unit - 2 Bed 2 Bath Unit Near Downtown

The property was very clean. Very nicely decorated. It felt very comfortable.

I liked everything about the property.

It was quite and very clean. It had all the amenities there. Felt like home. We will be going back.

Location and amenities were great. The individual room thermostats were nice for the people who sleep at different temps at night. It was comfy.the mattesses are firm. The couch is a little hard. But all in all a nice place.

They didnt have any salt. They had 3 pepper shakers but no salt

We enjoyed the space all around. Was clean, comfortable, beds were comfortable, nice to have the 2 bathrooms and washer and dryer.

Fairly new, clean, well appointed. Centrally located, a convenient drive to most of Spokane.

Neighborhood is transitional, not great for walking, but convenient for driving. The furniture placement was a bit tight navigating a wheelchair, but otherwise fully accessible.

Large kitchen. Handicap parking was good

The table was not appropriate for ADA. The rug in the living room is not appropriate for ADA.

Perfect for what we needed. Nice to have two bathrooms. The beds were pretty nice. It kept cool. Felt safe. Great location, even though I had to go to medical lake. Very nice decor updated. I liked the way the front door locked No need for a key, and then it also had a safety feature that it automatically locked if you forgot to lock it from the inside. This is a really great place for someone who has to be in a wheelchair. Everything's designed well. Even though I didn't need to be accommodated that way, it was still functional. The managers were very, very good at checking in and then also easy to get ahold for any concerns. Also willing to take care of any concern rightaway. .

It didn't seem like there was a way to control the amount of air that was coming out of the air-conditioned unit, which is in the living room. It would usually come out full blast, which made it hard to sit on the couch and enjoy Tv. The alternative was to turn it off, which wasn't too big of a deal. Tv's in the bedroom would be nice.

It was located near the freeway and downtown. Easy access to anyplace you’d want to visit in the area. For an apartment complex it was clean and quiet.

We which there were regular chairs, instead of a couch and barstools to sit on. I realize there is no room for them. The apartment was very functional, and we wanted to spend our time seeing Spokane, and Coeur d’Alene.
