Lovely, clean, spacious flat, located on a main bus route into the city centre. My wife especially loved the fresh flowers arranged for our arrival. The arrival and departure instructions were clear and concise and we had no issues whatsoever. Our car sat in the secure parking area most of the week, as the bus was so convenient. We were blessed with dry and sunny weather for our stay, so we explored the many different areas of the city. However, there are plenty of free attractions to visit in wet weather.

Wonderful host, love the welcome pastries and some groceries, very thoughtful of him. He is also very helpful, we requested for a blender and he brought it. Also Lovely apartment; very clean and spacious, love the fresh flowers. Would recommend and definately stay again.

Clean, spacious and nicely laid out property with a modern and stylish decor. Great communication from the hosts about the check in process and even asking how our stay was going. Two bathrooms with a large enough space to shower comfortably with shampoo and conditioner provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we would need, such as wash capsules, fabric softener and a bean-to-cup coffee machine, which was a great touch. Wi-Fi was easy to access, with good speeds. Large TV made it easy to relax in the evenings. Bedding was clean, crisp and comfy.

The lift unfortunately didn’t seem to be working throughout our 4 night stay, which wasn’t a huge deal most of the time, but hauling luggage up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal. The exit button to leave the building to the car park wasn’t working so we had to walk around to the front. There was a smoke detector in the hallway (outside the apartment) that was running low on battery life so it was beeping, and could be heard in each room of the apartment. I have rated the property highly as the hosts are not at fault for these points mentioned.

The apartment is clean and spacious and very well laid out. The instructions to get in and out were very clear and the location was perfect, with an easy bus into the centre of Manchester from just outside the apartment block.

N/A - we had to pay a deposit in advance to cover any potential damages but the hosts were very communicative and were quick to pay it back once we’d left. It wasn’t a problem, just thought I’d pop it here so future guests know this is reliable.

This so SUCH a great place!! It’s better than the pictures even! The living room is lovely with plenty of light and room to sit. The two bedrooms are large and spacious with one having an en-suite. The kitchen has an exceptionally equipped with coffee maker (really espresso or lattes) toaster, pots and pans… Just a well thought out design. There is a second bathroom also really nice. The owners are in touch and fix any issues, if there is any. The location was great. I run so there was a park nearby, public transportation across the street, and shops within minutes. University is right there. Curry street is also close. You won’t miss anything staying here!

Not a thing!!

We enjoyed a five night stay in Manchester visiting our daughter. The flat was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. The coffee machine was an added luxury. As we drive up from Surrey, secure parking is essential. The bus stop is very close, which takes you into central Manchester. Lastly, the communication with the owner was excellent throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to come back 🙂

Nothing. Maybe a bit far from the center for us, but nothing really
