Shakespeare House 19 bedrooms 30 beds up to 42 people stay

Very spacious and very clean we were on a work trip and the facilities were great we would definitely like to stay again

Large rooms, clean, good price, helpful owner.

Lack of wine glasses, not much cuttlery, lack of full length mirrors.

The location had a nearby convenience store, playground, and Chinese Takeaway. It was a 7-minute walk to Rolls Royce which was very convenient for my work. The host was very friendly and accommodating to my needs as I had some special requests. Definitely booking again for the price, staff, and convenience.

it was dirty unclean there was bugs everywhere the lady was very rude and not welcoming at all the neighbours was awful i booked this property and it got changed to a 3bed instead of 5 which is not good at all it says it sleeps up to 42 people which it clearly didn’t.

The lady has hiked her prices like doubled them

Very very untrust worthy

Host cancelled the property the day before saying that the person staying wanted to extend their stay. They put us in an other property in derby but a different location to where we wanted to be. The other property provided was suitable and clean. But not acceptable to cancel our stay after having paid and had confirmation . They should have said to the other person that it was already booked and we had already paid. Unless that wasn’t the reason at all.
