"Apartment needs to be better maintained."

Location and views

Water heater was not working, had to call maintenance every day. Apartment had a bad smell coming from bathrooms. One day management allowed a guest to park in front of the garage, had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my car out of the garage. Almost lost my departure to a scheduled tour I had that morning.
