[10 min metro] Palavela Suite

Alessio was a good guy, helpful and met us to deliver the keys and tried to make our stay comfortable. He also called the cab at an odd hour for our checkout whcih helped us quite a bit since we dont speak italian.

Only one key was provided for two people and then some information was provided later on about how to open lock using an app, which was too complex. Toiletries were not provided which was not acceptable. No umbrellas and it was rainy so we bought two and kept it in the apartment for future use. No ironing so we had to buy one and we kept it in the apartment for future guests to use.

Good location for the metro (20 minutes to the centre) and for the UN staff college. Clean, spacious, comfortable and great facilities - host Alessio is really helpful

Free parking in Palavela area on the street or at the parking of the nearby ice rink. Metro station roughly 5-10 minutes away - walkable. Chinese restaurant on the street level. Carrefour supermarket very close by as well. Good TV with YouTube and Netflix. Kitchen available with basics like salt, sugar, oil, tea, coffee etc. Owner is reachable on Whatsapp and phone

The online check-in was a bit problematic (lagging) and it takes a bit of time to get accustomed to opening the doors through the app. The neighbourhood may not be as safe as it seems - our car was robbed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in the most charming apartment, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this was going to be a memorable stay, thanks to the incredible cleanliness, lovely atmosphere, and the exceptional kindness of the host. Upon entering, I had impeccable cleanliness that greeted me. I felt an instant sense of comfort and ease knowing that the apartment was well-maintained. It was clear that the host takes great pride in providing a spotless and inviting environment for their guests. The decor of the apartment was simply delightful. The tasteful and stylish furnishings created a warm and inviting ambience that made me feel right at home adding an overall charm to the place. From the cosy living area to the well-appointed kitchen, every space in the apartment was thoughtfully designed for both functionality and aesthetics. One of the standout features of this apartment was the incredible view which overlooked the neighbourhood and you could also see the beautiful view of the mountains. It was the perfect spot to enjoy my adding an extra layer of charm to an already lovely space. Now, onto the host. I cannot praise their hospitality enough. From the moment I inquired about booking the apartment, they were prompt and gracious in their communication. Upon arrival, they welcomed me warmly and provided a thorough tour of the apartment, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Throughout my stay, the host was always available to answer any questions or offer assistance. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable truly set them apart. I felt like a valued guest, and it made my trip all the more special. In conclusion, my stay in this lovely apartment was a truly delightful experience. cleanliness, charm and the host's exceptional hospitality made it even more memorable.

The property has a great location very close to the park and very close to the metro station. It took me 5 minutes to get to the apartment from the Italia61 Metro Station. The Check-in process is fully automated and the information provided was clear and easy to follow. The host was available via whatsapp and answering promtly with usefull information. Great location if you are traveling for work or vacation. If I will ever find myself in Torino again I will pick the same location.

The property was very clean and big, really good value for money, coffee maker in the kitchen, a full sized fridge with freezer, beautiful views. Contact with the host was amazing, he kept on checking up on us if everything was okay, great location with the underground station and supermarket very close by!
