Apartment 219 - Amarilla Golf

Cold no sun on the balcony very dark at the back at night

we have been to the Fairways many times before and always found it clean - this apartment was no different.

Nothing to dislike

I like this quite area, it's easy to park. The flat was clean and generally comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.

The wifi works but is slow and unstable. Also for 10 days of staying I just found 5 few tiny packets of salt and sugar ,wich is a little ridiculous.

Very clean and came with a welcome cleaning pack.

We had to wait four days for the other sun lounger to arrive as there was only one when we arrived, I messaged and they said it was broken and one will be delivered. When it arrived after four days, we didn’t really need it as we realised that there was no sun on the balcony at this time of year. The blue fob to enter the pool and bar never worked, my daughter did not tell us this until a week later, she managed to get in by guests letting her in. We sent a message on Sunday saying it’s not working as the only place to access sun on the complex was around the pool. We were told they would let us know what will happen, no message ever came back so we had no use to the pool and bar area as there was not always someone there. We gave up after the week. The instructions were not great! The maps took us to somewhere else, we then eventually found the complex, but had no idea where our apartment was, a simple instruction saying the walkway turning from the street next to the supermarket would have been great.

Location was perfect for what we wanted, close to near enough everything around the area

Nothing was bad, everything is kept to a high standard

A very clean basic apartment in a good location overlooking the golf course. Will be very handy for the new supermarket they are building close by. But there was no noise from the site so wasn’t a problem.

Doesn’t have Aircon, which in the summer would be lovely but having the fan in the bedroom was sufficient in November.

Could do with more care in cleaning furniture very dusty and the outside verandas needs a bit more attention quite shabby doesn't make you want to sit outside and enjoy it

The location. We have stayed on the complex before and the apartment is well situated for all day long sun. The apartment was also clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The bed whilst comfortable was on the small side. It would have been good to have a Bluetooth device to play our music through. We weren’t informed about building work going on to the apartment next door but that wouldn’t be an ongoing issue.

Poor communication with host, only whatsappt and no e-mail re. Precise location -apartments NoT sign posted at all and even taxi driver could not find it!!! Also no email re. contact options with her upon arrival at complex. No bedding for sofa bed and no cover for new duvet. Very small double bed. Cleaning products very diluted - surely you don’t expect guests to buy toilet paper rolls in bulk, dish washing liquid and wash paper etc? No instructions left for recycling of rubbish!
