Czysto, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, widok na Balaton, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, blisko do plaży, cicha okolica.

Niezależne od właścicieli. Dużo much i pająków wokół obiektu.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, piękny widok, parking pod budynkiem, bliskość jeziora.

Mnóstwo komarów (nad całym Balatonem był z tym problem). Bardzo głośno w nocy(muzyka z klubów słyszalna mimo zamkniętych okien i rolet). Siłownia wymaga już większego remontu/wymiany wyposażenia.
