New stone house lake view - 1

Apartamento moderno, y cerca del lago y de una playa para poder darse un baño. Aunque el apartamento no tenga demasiadas vistas (es la foto que tiene en booking), en 100 metros estás en el Hotel al pie de la carretera que cuenta con unas vistas estupendas. El pueblo en el que está es muy tranquilo, si es lo que buscas perfecto. Y en coche tienes cerca muchos pueblos con mucha variedad de restaurantes.

El sofá cama dónde dormían los niños. La accesibilidad al apartamento no es demasiado sencilla. Nosotros tenemos perfecta movilidad, aún así es incómodo. Es por una calle de subida estrecha, dónde tienes que dejar las maletas y bajar el coche al parking del pueblo en la parte de abajo.

The property was very nice, modern and well equipped in a quiet residential area and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was very good. There were a couple of good restaurants within walking distance as well as a local shop only a 2 minute walk from the property. The ferry port was only a 10 minute walk away and there were bus stops in both directions (towards Bellagio and Como) just at the bottom of the street. There was a small pebble beach on the lake just down the street, which was handy for paddling / swimming after a busy day of site seeing.

Some points to note, but nothing the host can do about them: The property was up a very steep hill so be prepared to give your legs a good workout, it was also crammed up against other properties and some of the neighbours were incredibly noisy! The photo on the listing of the lake view is very accurate, in that you can see a very small portion of the lake from the balcony, don't expect a fabulous view! The buses were very irregular, usually running late or not arriving at all. The ferries don't start running until around midday so factor this in to your travel plans.

We all 4 liked a lot :) Near the house seaside is so beutiful!! We find easy swimming place /stairs in the park.

Quite hard uphilll walk to the house, easy for our teenagers, ok for us adults but not gut, if you with bad legs.

Just a fantastic place and great accommodation! Well-equipped, modern and comfortable, really perfect for a vacation! I recommend the apartment and the nice owner to everyone. A nice small "beach" and shop nearby.

The parking. We parked 100m from the accommodation, proposed by the owner (free parking area). Received next day a penalty with 29,4Eur as there were a market in the morning in the parking area. Next to the penalty it took us some time to convince the booth owners to move a bit away and let us out from the parking slot (they were helpful).

Lovely, well-equipped apartment in a quieter area of Lake Como. It was a great option for us, as our family were in the larger accommodation option next door

The location, nice view from the balcony, clean apartment, everything you need in the kitchen.

You have to be prepared to slightly go up to the hill to get to the apartment.

It was a very clean property, friendly service, well equipped and amazing view. And also fresh renovated. There is a small beach across the road and a small but tasty cafe near it.

So, as it is located quite high, you should be ready to go up and down every time. And there is a bus stop near the hotel but it's not only one in Lezzeno, so make sure you didn't choose the wrong one. There are no any stop names on the bus, the driver doesn't tell them too.

It is beautiful cozy and clean. Everything you need you can find in the appartment. It feels like home the moment you enter it. Wonderful location.

Everything was wondeful
