J'ai reserve 4 nuits dans cet etablissement en aout 2025. A mon arrivée sur l'ile de Gili Air, je recois un message de l'établissement annulant ma reservation, disant qu'ils se sont trompes et qu'ils sont surbookés. Ils pretendent vouloir me rembourser...mais depuis, plus rien. Le manager, Bagus, est introuvable. Aucune nouvelle malgré mes relances et l'assistance de Booking.com. Cet etablissement est une ARNAQUE. FUYEZ si vous ne voulez pas perdre votre argentI booked four nights at this establishment in August 2025. Upon my arrival on Gili Air Island, I received a message from the establishment canceling my reservation, saying they had made a mistake and were overbooked. They claimed to want to refund me...but since then, nothing. I haven't heard anything despite my reminders and assistance from Booking.com. This establishment is a SCAM. RUN AWAY if you don't want to lose your money.
