"Host Alessio was fantastic! Very comfortable and cozy apartment!"

Our host, Alessio, was incredible. He met us upon our arrival to the apartment and went over everything in detail. The apartment was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and contained everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Alessio stocked us up with an array of breakfast snacks, coffee, tea and other breakfast items. The bedroom was very cozy with tv and very comfortable bed. Overall, the best experience was meeting Alessio who treated us like family and could not have been more accommodating to our needs. We will definitely choose B&B Calima for our future stay in Pescara, IT!

The property owner Alessio is super welcoming, friendly and always ready to help. Large, comfortable, and very clean apartment with great balcony. All windows with mosquito nets. All new bedroom furniture. Allocated and secure parking space. There is a shopping mall two minutes car drive away. Convenient location for visits to Pescara and Chieti town centres. Highly recommend.
